Deadline conferma lo scoop di questa settimana, il regista Alvarez e lo scrittore Rodo Sayagues hanno ufficialmente firmato un accordo generale con la Legendary Pictures.
Il sito afferma che il duo creerà/svilupperà/produrrà film per Legendary attraverso il loro banner di Bad Hombre Films, incluso il prossimo film di Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Deadline riporta anche che il nuovo arrivato Chris Thomas Devlin sarà nella scrittura del film, descritto come un riavvio del classico originale.
